Stand Policies and FAQ's

• Schedule Change
  If you would like to change your scheduled time, please review the on-line schedule on this website to see future available dates. Once you have selected a new date and time, please email your requested change to steven.gallaher@sbcglobal.net. We will fill requests as they are received and will email you back confirmation of the change. Change requests must be received seven (7) days prior to your scheduled work date.


• Cancellation
  If you are not able to make your shift and it is within 7 days, please find someone to exchange shifts with you. The updated schedule is available on this website.


• Emergency No Show
  If at the last minute you are unable to fulfill your obligation and you are not able to find a replacement, please notify me.


• No Show / No Call
  If you do not show and you have not contacted me prior to your assignment, you will need to purchase raffle tickets for your assignment. Your credit card on file will be debited, unless you prefer to provide a check, and raffle tickets will be mailed to your address on file. You will not have an opportunity to reschedule your shift.


• Job Duties
  Working at the concession stand consists of preparing food and drink, serving food and drink, and cleaning up after the shift. Clean-up includes outside trash cans, picnic area, rest rooms as well as inside the concession stand.


• Drinks
  Soda and beer are complementary while you are working. We ask that you pay for any food that you eat. Please drink responsibly so that we can continue to allow drinking beer while you are working.


• Rainout Process
  In the event of rain, please call 894-7722 to check for cancellation information. This message is usually updated by 4:30 pm weekdays and as early as possible on weekends. If you are rained out please review the schedule on-line to choose another day and time. Please notify me of the new date and time that you selected.


• Age Limit
  Parishioners must be 21 years of age or older to work the concession stand.
