Association Funding
The raffle is the main means of fundraising for the association and has been
designed to minimize the hardships on all of our families.
Purchase raffle tickets
In order to maintain continuity throughout the program and properly fund the raffle aspect of this fundraiser, each family is required to sell 20 raffle tickets at a cost of $10 each or to dispose of as many tickets as possible and work off the balance in the concession stand.
Each hour worked related to one ticket or $10 per hour. If you can not sell or purchase these tickets or if you are morally opposed to raffles, the only alternative is to work the concession stand. This is how it works:
1) Buy or sell 20 tickets - obligation met, no concession duty required
2) Buy or sell 15 tickets - work 5 hours in the concession stand to meet obligation
3) Buy or sell 10 tickets - work 10 hours in the concession stand to meet
obligation
4) Buy or sell 5 tickets - work 15 hours in the concession stand to meet obligation
You are asked to purchase at least the minimum of 5 tickets. Only tickets purchased are eligible for the $100 a day raffle.
NOTE: This policy applies to all families who have children in the program even if they are not in the parish.
The raffle payout is $100 per day, plus 4 special drawings(Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, and Easter). Total payout $37,000, you have 370 chances to win $100! Your tickets remain in the barrel so you can win over and over again.
