Pre-k T-ball
When: Monday nights at 6pm

Age Group: Players that have not attended Kindergarten yet
Depending on numbers boys and girls may be on different teams. Players will start hitting off a tee and work up to coach pitch

Kindergarten
When: game days will vary
Start Date: Practice will begin April TBD, games a couple week later
Age Group: Players should be in Kindergarten at time of registration
Boys and girls will be separated Teams will play 9-10 games against other parishes. Some games will be at SMMA and some games will be at the other schools. This will be a coach pitch league./

1st and 2nd Grade
When: game days will vary
Start Date: Practice will begin April TBD, games a couple weeks later
Age Group: Player should be in 1st or 2nd grade at registration time
Boys and girls will be separated Teams will play 9-10 games against other parishes. Some games will be at SMMA and some games will be at the other schools. This will be a machine pitch league.

Intramural Baseball & Softball

1st and 2nd Grade Baseball / Softball will be machine pitch. Teams will play games at SMMA and other participating South County Parishes (QAS, SFA, St Simon’s) Season will consist of ten games played on Monday, Tuesday or Saturday mornings.
SMMA will be hosting a second grade machine pitch baseball tournament at the end of the season.

Kindergarten Baseball / Softball will be coach pitch. Teams will play games at SMMA and other participating South County Parishes. Season will consist of ten games played on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday mornings.

Pre-K instructional league will be coach pitch. Teams will only play at SMMA on Monday evenings and the season will last ten weeks. Pre-k will be an instructional league focusing on the basic fundamentals of Baseball and Softball. It is recommended your child be four years old or able to swing a bat.
